Biography

A proactive estimator with a thorough and efficient approach to his work, Chris possesses a deep understanding of mechanical services along with the commercial acumen to ensure our tenders are financially sound.

Achieving an HNC in Building Services and Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), Chris spent his first three years within the MEP sector as a Junior Estimator with a highly-respected, regional competitor before joining JD Engineering in 2019.

• Preparation and submission of tenders
• Supplier and subcontractor negotiations
• Assessing the levels of risk associated with projects
• Monitoring of projects ensuring costs are kept in line with forecasts
• Liaising with main contractors
