Biography

An experienced and knowledgeable project manager with a reputation for exceeding client expectations, Mike brings a consistently methodical approach to his work, ensuring practice, plans and budget remain on track throughout.

Working in the MEP sector since 1978 and with an HNC in Mechanical Building Services, Mike has managed a huge variety of schemes throughout the North West with MEP project values ranging from £2k to £2.5m.

In additional to more traditional mechanical building services, he specialises in the design and installation of renewable energy systems including biomass, solar PV and ST systems as well as air source and ground source heat pumps.

• Organising logistics, keeping track of costs and delegating work to the project team
• Client, supplier, subcontractor and design team liaison
• Managing time, risk and setting targets
